We had them out for our first treatment and were very impressed. The technician was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. It’s too early to comment on results, but they were very adamant about calling them immediately if we see any issues or bugs, which gave us confidence that they stand behind their work. Awesome service from start to finish. Shaq was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during our annual rodent inspection. He took the time to explain everything he was checking, pointed out potential problem areas, and made sure we understood the preventative steps moving forward. No rushing, no guesswork, just solid, honest expertise. He promptly got us squared away, answered all our questions, and left us feeling confident that our home is well protected. Very disappointed. This company was supposed to service our home every month, but one month they didn’t show up at all. Despite that, they tried to charge us a cancellation fee and also overcharged us. They wanted to offer us a settlement amount of 40% off the cancellation fee.(We wouldn't cancel if we felt like they were doing a good job.) Then they overcharged us that amount! Then they said they would issue a refund — but instead of refunding the correct amount, they sent only $0.63. Then they closed our account and told us they’d have to reopen it to process the proper refund. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Save yourself the trouble and do not use them. The only good service appointment we’ve had with them was the first one. The technician was amazing. After that it’s been downhill. We’ve had to complain to them three different times about three different issues. Do not recommend them, will never recommend them and will not be renewing our service when it ends. Also they do not listen to the customers concerns we’ve had to repeat ourselves several times about the same issue. I don’t know if they’re just not notating the account. We will be looking for another pest control company for the yard.

Patrick was our pest control guy that came to my house. I showed him what other insect problem I was having and he immediately knew what the insect was and how to treat them. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Patrick did the treatment and explained when the next treatment needed to be done.If I ever needed them before my next visit, all I have to do is call and they will come.
