Inspect Hawaii

Oscar is a great inspector. He inspected some condos for me a few years ago and did a great job, which is why I hired him to inspect a building for me recently. He's very thorough and explains what he's doing in case you have questions. His report is very comprehensive and worth every penny. I'll use him for every inspection I have without hesitation.

I'm really happy that I selected Inspect Hawaii for my home inspection. Oscar was very friendly and knowledgeable. He cheerfully explained everything to me in a straight forward and easy to understand way. He was very thorough and gave my wife and I peace of mind that our big investment is in good shape. I especially like the infrared device he used to see what was going on with the electrical and behind the walls. All in all it was a great experience.

Oscar was very thorough and I especially appreciated the IR photos of common places with water or air leaks (under sinks and roof/wall penetrations). The inspection report and live call/walk through at the end of the inspection gave me confidence I'm getting a well maintained home.
