Tom was extremely helpful and thorough for our inspection of a 5-acre property (1800sq ft W/2 detached garages). He took extra time to explain things and has even been helpful with other questions since completing the inspection. I can't recommend him enough!

Read a lot of reviews on different inspectors before moving forward with Inspection Services of WI and glad that I did. Tom was super friendly, a great communicator, and his inspection was very thorough. Tom went over the property and section by section walked us through any issues or recommendations. He also took the time to explain how how everything worked. Not only was he thorough on the property, his report was in depth with picture and all defects, maintenance items, and recommendations easily laid out. And the report came less than 24 hours after the inspection! It was a total pleasure to work with Tom and would recommend him to anyone needing an inspector they can trust.

I will 100% be recommending Tom to anyone in need of a home inspector! My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and his detailed reporting. The report was very organized and easy to follow (and was color coded!). It’s also a bonus to work with someone that has such a great personality. He explains everything very professionally, but also able to simplify his points for first-time home buyers. You will not be disappointed in choosing Tom for your home inspection needs!

While we didn't end up getting to utilize Tom, we did get to tour a home with a pre-inspection done by Tom, and it was incredibly comprehensive. All communication I've had with Tom was pleasant and it is clear that he's someone you should strongly consider having inspect your home in central WI!
