Brian at Inspections Plus did an incredible job inspecting the home I purchased in November 2025. He took his time and clearly broke down the inspection by area (outside, basement/garage, first floor, second floor), which made everything easy to follow. He went over everything in terms I could understand and answered all of my questions. He also provided a full written report with videos explaining each item for reference. I highly recommend Brian—he’s extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely kind person! P.S. He also conducted a well test, sent out the water for analysis, and performed a radon test!
