Simply the best. I had an opportunity to review several home inspectors prior to booking my home inspection with Rory Hernandez at Inspect Pros. I was provided one of his inspections on a home I was bidding on and was quite impressed with Rory's eye for detail and thorough reporting not to mention his fine photos. I called Rory and we spoke for a short while and I immediately asked him for his availability. I had been in the Government construction and facilities trades for 38 plus years prior to retirement and Rory is a true professional with priceless knowledge and expertise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rory, the owner, inspected our property and completely missed numerous issues that have now cost us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. After hiring another inspector, they identified all the issues Rory overlooked within the first ten minutes of their inspection. Rory spoke with us for over an hour, both verbally and via email, and explicitly promised us a refund. Since then, he has ghosted us—ignoring all calls and texts. We are now forced to take him to small claims court just to recover the refund he assured us. Not only are we out thousands on repairs the seller should have been responsible for before the purchase, but we've also lost the money we paid Rory and the additional inspector to correct his mistakes. Rory is thorough and highly competent. His inspection was one of the most detailed and comprehensive I have seen. He was always courteous and able to fully answer all questions. His inspection report was excellent and covered everything he found and advised, with both text and pictures. We definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the best in the business.

We have used Rory twice in the last 2 years. He is beyond competent, thorough and such a pleasure to work with. His easy going nature and professional expertise, coupled with his patience and thoroughness makes him the only home inspector I will ever work with again. Rory came recommended and was very personable during our inspection. We moved in a month after our inspection and noticed that an appliance wasn't working. After trying to have it fixed, I reached out to Rory multiple times a month via email, phone and website trying to get clarification if he even checked this appliance. He has not responded to any of my emails or calls which is disappointing and unprofessional. He even offers a 200% satisfaction guarantee which I am not sure how to utilize if he won't return calls or emails. I received an email from Rory on Feb 28th stating that he would give me a refund and that I just needed to fill out a form. I filled out the form and returned it in early March.
