I’m absolutely thrilled and delighted with everything Inspired Closets did for me. Scott and Dawn, and later their installation team, knocked my socks off from start to finish. It began with Dawn’s designs — she understood what I wanted in a way that two competitors didn’t and she was very creative in her vision which I appreciated. Then, how fabulous to see my closets and shelves in 3-D simulation — nobody else did that. I had two closets done as well as shelves in my living room and a wonderful set of shelves in my bedroom that includes pull-outs, drawers, shelves and cubbyholes. (I’m 63 — I’ve wanted these shelves in my bedroom since I was nine.) From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcomed. The associate showed us around and the owner came out and introduced himself. We were very happy with what we saw and inspired with what they said they could do. Their designer called that afternoon and came out the next week. Scott Callahan their designer and his wife were very friendly and outgoing. We told them our dreams and ideas and they made them come to life. They came out and installed it very quickly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely recommend Inspired Closets to anyone who wants a luxurious designer closet. We worked with Scott Callahan of Inspired Closets in Bellingham to add custom pull out drawers to replace static kitchen shelves. Scott was easy to work with and the install team, Kayle and Eric were experts, very tidy, prompt and pleasant. The quality of the drawers is exceptional, able to support our Le Cruessett Dutch ovens and lots of dishes and bake ware. We were thrilled with the results. It transformed our kitchen.

Poor communication skills, we were never told we needed to have trim and a shelf removed and then sheet rock the areas prior to the closet system being installed. It is quite an eye sore. They also drilled into one of our original pocket doors and had to fill holes in it. I would not recommend. In response, I was the one your designer spoke with and emailed and she never said we would need to have all of this prep work done. I have the emails. My husband called you, the owner, and you were very defensive. We did not receive any type of discount as a courtesy, and my pocket door will always have two filled holes and a scratch now. Very overpriced for the hassle and I don’t see the point calling you again when we already did that.

Dawn was so efficient and so fast at getting out to our house to measure and give us back a quote with all options! They installed in a wonderful time too and the closets and pantry look so amazing! Couldn't recommend them enough!
