Before I went to Inspired Closets, I explored California Closets, and IKEA. The cost seemed to be the same if not more not to mention time and skill to install from an IKEA perspective. I’m very happy I followed my gut and went with Inspired Closets. Brianna was attentive, patient, and professional when we were designing the closet. I made multiple changes and given the small space, Brianna was extremely creative in using every inch of it and explaining to me why a certain design wouldn’t work. I hired Inspired Closets to redesign all the closets in my new home. From start to finish, the entire project was handled seamlessly. Brianna, my design consultant was prompt, courteous and professional working closely with me to achieve the best use of space/layout. The installers were courteous, laying out drop cloths throughout my home and left everything neat and tidy after the installation was complete. The whole team was excellent and I will be hiring them for future projects.

I met Matt Gothers, the senior designer by chance. I found an empathetic representative from their sister company, a DIY closet manufacturer that was limited in what they can offer me. By referral, I met Matt and his team were able to custom build my design. After taking ownership of a new apartment, I had a walk-in and two reach-in closets un-installed, to restore the wood floors. After the un-install, I noticed many of the verticals, horizontal cams and backboards were damaged by the original installer, which were out of business after looking them up. Inspired Closets was easy to work with. They provided a 3 dimensional design within hours of coming out to measure. I was able to modify the design 3 or 4 times before finalizing. It took about 5 weeks to install after processing order. The workers were very respectful of the house. They provided floor protection all the way from front door to upstairs master closet. The craftsmanship was top notch. Everything was level and plumb. (I checked). The quality of materials was much better than I expected so I was pleasantly surprised. The price was fair and worth every penny. I would not hesitate to use them again on another project.
