The installers are 5 stars! They were professional, put down drop cloths, asked questions when needed and wanted to make sure we happy. The 4 stars were due to the sales rep because she didn’t own up to her mistake and wanted to bill us for her error. If she just would have owned up to it we would have given 5 stars! The drawer wasn’t the right depth due to our outlet for the valet rod. It doesn’t shut all the way (see photo). We advised her at our meeting there was going to be an outlet on the other side of the wall for the valet rod. She didn’t incorporate it into her plan. The only other thing is the drawers are all soft close except the big heavy laundry pull-out. It just falls heavy without any clothes in it and closes hard. What started as a total mess turned into the most beautifully organized and functional space I could have imagined. Justin went above and beyond from start to finish — his attention to detail, design expertise, and customer service were exceptional. He truly cared about creating a layout that worked for my needs and my daughters. I wanted maximum hanging space and he made it happen! He also worked with my budget to figure out what would work best for me. Peter and his installation team were fantastic — professional, efficient, and incredibly tidy. Federico and Jansel did the most amazing, perfect job. They were absolutely wonderful in every way to work with. Our closets and pantry look beyond gorgeous. Justin worked with us every step of the way. A+++++ company!

Trae and Jeff just completed installing a murphy bed and cabinets in my extra bedroom. These guys did great work. They are meticulous in their installation/craftsmanship and also cleaned up everything to better than when they arrived! I could not be happier with the job they did. These two guys have such a great work ethic and did such a great job with a great attitude!!

Fantastic work by our installer Evgenii. The cabinets were installed perfectly—everything is level, aligned, and finished with great attention to detail. The space looks clean and professionally done. Reliable, on time, and takes real pride in his craftsmanship. Highly recommend.
