I chose to contact Inspired Floors based on the number of glowing comments on Google. Was able to schedule a visit by Titus Benny to measure my 3rd floor bedroom, review sample materials and discuss cost. Titus has a keen eye for pairing colors to wall, trim, and furniture which helped narrow my focus of color selection. I chose a neutral color of the more expensive tier carpet and hoped the installers could navigate the narrow, angled stairway, 3 floors without too much damage to recently painted walls. Titus assured me, Omar, Jenny and Luis would get the job done to my satisfaction. Using my garage to cut the carpet to size, they spent 6+ hours moving furniture and laying padding and carpet thru-out the 3rd floor and stairs. It’s my pleasure to leave an honest review of Inspired Floors. I have used them three times since 2018. After Harvey I contacted Joe and hired them to tile my entire downstairs. I held out a long time after that searching for a crew that was familiar with the Ditra method of laying tile on my second floor and Joe came through. Six months ago, they did a tub to shower conversion and tiled all the upstairs and in January, they converted my stairs from carpet to wood. Each time everything from start to finish has been professional and the workmanship top notch. I highly recommend Inspired Floors for whatever your flooring needs may be.

So happy! All new flooring throughout the house! Kudos to Carlos and his crew who went above and beyond, for this was a difficult job. Four different floor types removed. Multiple layers of sub flooring had to be repaired and leveled. So good to have all the same smooth and lovely laminate surface, plus new baseboard, for a brighter, cleaner look all over our home. Still unpacking but so happy this work is done. Thanks Titus for working with us to keep us on budget!

I recently purchased a condo in the Galleria area. I used Inspired Floors from a recommendation from someone in my old area. I had them lay luxury vinyl in my whole condo. Couldn’t be more pleased. Tony, my salesman came out to my place and did the measurements. He was very professional. The workers were impeccable. Highly recommend this organization.
