I lost a key fob for my Acura ILX and Rob came to my house and unlocked my car, sold me a new fob and programmed it. He also gave me information about some codes that showed up because of a recent accident the vehicle was involved in. He also gave me some web site addresses where which I can use to locate parts that I can use to fix the car from the accident. He went well above and beyond what I paid for. Friendly and super nice guy. They also offer in store services. Read the business card then give them a call or stop in and save $$$ by not going to the stealership. I would give them 1000 🌟 stars if I could so each of my stars is worth 200.

Went to go pickup a u haul I reserved 2 days ago. The business states it was open on Google maps but the door was locked and no one was there. The truck was snowed in and I had to call u haul to move the reservation. 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible business practices. UPDATE: They then called me to tell me to erase the review because they claimed they weren't responsible for the uhauls even though uhaul specifically had their business name and address listed. Amazing customer service right here LOL

Met up with Tony at a local Wal-Mart since he was there for another job and he was super nice and professional. He had my two key fob blanks cut and programmed super quick when none of the other stores around could even cut the keys let alone program them. Would 100% recommend if anyone needs new keys for their car.
