Amazing same day service! I called late morning and Vlad arrived early afternoon. He knew exactly how to fix my twenty year old washing machine and he offered very helpful advice about maintenance and troubleshooting. He was so knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely keep this company on my Household Trusted Contractor List!

Our washing machine was leaking and our dryer wasn’t getting everything completely dry. Paul arrived the day after I called. He needed to order a part for the washer. He came back the next business day and replaced the part. Washer has been working great ever since. He removed all the lent that had accumulated from the dryer deep in the hose. That helped. They are not cheap but they do good quality work and are prompt. On this island, that matters a lot!

Glenn was the point of contact and I appreciate the honest and quick responses. Arthur was the service technician and is an amazing person overall! He was respectful of my time, home, and most especially my family, and my culture. Arthur made a first dryer repair experience relaxed (for an anxious customer) and informative with his proven training and education by delivering an explanation of why my appliance needed its repairs.
