My fence looks beautiful but... One of my gates never worked properly from the beginning. It always catches and needs to be lifted to close the gate. The first winter (just over 6 months) several of the posts split. I opted for the more expensive option of have metal posts placed vs cement to hold them. Since last February I have been trying to get a hold of someone ( I have been given names) but no one answers or returns my calls. I was within the one year warranty for my fence. I spent $10,000 on my fence and would hope that there "CPO" department had someone working there. I worry every windy day that that part of my fence will fall as I can hear it creaking. Installation was quick and the workers were courteous. I will go elsewhere for all my installation needs and larger hous
