The worst EXPERIENCE ever!! Never recommending this company, can’t even imagine why Lowe’s is using them! Bought brand new appliances from Lowe’s and they said that this company will install my microwave, I did pay an additional fee for this installation as well! Pictures listed are of the old microwave that Nelson damaged!! The employee came mid morning Nelson , he wasn’t pleasant at all and seem to be in a hurry, what he did is beyond me without asking he cut the plug 🔌 wire said he couldn’t remove it because the hole was to small !! First and foremost who does that without confirming, the plug had an extension he could have just removed the tape and it would have come through the hole with no issues! But no he took it upon himself to damage the plug that the microwave was in perfect

Just had our new Bosch dishwasher installed by CRUME. We purchased at Lowes but CRUME delivered and installed it. Our installer was Simon Vargas he was great! We had a time frame from 12-5 and he got to us around 4pm. He was polite and organized. I asked him how many he did today and he said we were his 10th. He was in good spirts never complained and got the job done proper and in good time. He kept the area clean and before he left made sure we felt good with everything. This company has been hired by Lowe’s to do measurements and installations and they continue to cancel the appointment and not show up. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t recommend them and I will be reporting their lack of service to Lowe’s and whomever else they work with third party. They’ve done this for MORE THAN ONE service that I attempted to order. Guess they have too much business. Well, ask for another contractor when you see their name because the customer service is poor.

They worst. They missed 3 installation dates. Lied when I phoned them and often just hung up. I would never buy from Lowes again if this firm is the installer. Terrible service. No respect for the customers.

Crume has terrible, disorganized and incompetent employees! Bought an induction cooktop from Lowe’s and installer showed up 2 hours late , complained about job before mine and then left parts that were important to the cooktop install. It has been a nightmare dealing with them!
