I’ve shopped at this Lowe’s for many years, and the decline has been hard to ignore. It’s almost impossible to find anyone available to help, and when someone finally shows up, they often don’t know the products or the policies. Online orders are frequently delayed or incorrect, and deliveries have been unreliable. Even simple returns turn into long, confusing processes. I kept giving them chances because I’ve been a loyal customer, but the service has become consistently unreliable. This store no longer feels like a place I can depend on.

I’ve been a loyal Lowe’s customer for years, but the service has gone downhill so badly that I can’t justify coming back. Every visit feels like a struggle—long waits for help, employees who don’t know the products, and constant confusion between departments. Deliveries have been late or wrong more than once, and getting issues fixed takes way too much effort. I’ve had problems with returns, damaged items, and inconsistent policies. It’s frustrating because I used to trust this store, but after so many repeated problems, I’m done. Zero star.

I purchased a washing machine at lowes 3 days ago. The machine was delivered broken the next day. Lowes on Magnolia refuses to take my calls and resolve this problem. I have been trying to reach the Mgr and no luck. The worker at appliance dept said that it is an installation problem and I have to deal with them. It's evident Lowes does not want to help me. Meanwhile my husband needs clean clothes for work. I will never buy an apiance from LOWES AGAIN.
