Instant Aire Heating and Cooling

We are very impressed with Jaylon. He has come out to service our unit several times and he is always polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He ended up replacing the thermostat and took the time to answer all our questions (since it was a different type). Whenever he arrives, we are pleased to see he will be the one servicing our unit. And he is great with our dogs!

What can I say from all the Different Company's we have had Instant Aire was the first to go above and beyond to help us during a rough time financially and fast service. The 2 guys Jayden and Corey came to give us an estimate and they stayed until we got approval over 2 hours and got it worked out. The 2 installers, Bayden Wilkins and Zach Lobb efficient and fast considering how cold it was outside on them, they was very clean and polite they kept apologizing for making noise lol how can you install something without noise. I will recommend them to anyone needing service to call Instant Aire.

Jaylon came out to diagnose my furnace. He went through everything while here. Found the issue in a fast and efficient manner. Brought everything to my attention. They had payment plans. I wasn’t approved but the service was great, very professional and courteous.

Bayden Wilkins and Caleb Hinton came to my residence and installed new ductwork under my house in a crawl space. They were both real professional and answered all of my questions to the best of their knowledge. I would recommend these two installation technicians to anyone. They did a fantastic job.

Aaron came out for a maintenance review and cleaning of my AC & Heating system. He went over my units with a fine tooth comb. I was very impressed with his work. Once he finished we sat down to talk about the deficiencies he found and what damage they would/could cause if left alone. He had prices listed for each repair needed and wasn't pushy or demanding but left the decision up to me. Aaron has a wonderful/respectful personality and a great representative for InstantAire. Next time I need service done - I'm asking for him.
