Instant Keys

I went to get a new key fob for my car today. The process was very simple and easy. The person working there was very friendly and helpful, it only took him a few minutes to program new key fob to my car, which worked perfectly. And the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend family and friends to go there, since I was told by my neighbor that was where they got their key fobs replaced and done and where very satisfied. 🙂

THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO USE!! I restore cars, and lately that’s meant a lot of German stuff — BMW and Mercedes. Anyone who’s dealt with them knows how picky they are, especially once computers get involved. All I needed was a simple key blade cut. No transponder, no programming — and while my vehicle does have a transponder system, mine has been modified so the signal is always present, which is why I only needed a key blade. I reached out earlier in the day and was given a quick, clear quote right away, and the whole interaction was professional from the start. What really stood out is that they actually listened. Every other place I contacted immediately shut the conversation down the moment they saw the make and model, without bothering to hear what I was actually asking for. T

Had two keys that I needed and luckily MICHAEL B came to the rescue he was on time (actually early) and did a very quick and professional job. He left me the receipt with my key cuts on them if I ever loose another key and he was very polite and knowledgeable didn’t take up but a few mins out of my day and had me back in action quick. MICHAEL B you did me right and I appreciate this company’s professionalism will do more business with them.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while. I called a few days ago pricing out keys for my Chevy and everywhere I called would not cut the blanks or wanted entirely too much $85+ per key. I brought the blanks myself ($22 on Amazon) and each one was cut for $20. $62 total for 2x Sidewinder Transponder keys cut and programmed. GL finding a better deal! Everyone there is super friendly. From the guy who answered the phone, the guy who cut/programmed it and the guy at the front. The gentleman who cut the key took the time to program it for me as well, which he did not have to do. He went above and beyond doing that IMHO. I knew how to do it myself but it's little things like this that make a loyal customer out of me. The next time I need a locksmith I'm call
