Ordered 6 bundles of polyiso for delivery about 4 hours away. Warren P was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. The product was in great shape for recycled foam and was packaged with care. I'll choose these guys every time I need foam going forward. Thanks again.

Tried getting information for purchasing over the phone. Incredibly off putting and not helpful at all, very rude at the very end and hung up on me. I ended up realizing I called the wrong insulation merchant which was likely why there was friction, but if this is how they handle minor issues, I can’t imagine how they handle important situations. Must have been a bad day, passing that bad day onto customers results in a 1 star review.

Got 2 pallets of insulation board, with a few extras to cover a couple damaged boards. The young guy with the forklift did a great job loading, Price was right, and we're able to use material that otherwise might have ended up in a landfill somewhere. A win-win.

We picked up two pallets at the Knoxville TN location and used it to insulate a basement that we were remodeling. The material was in good condition and installed easily. Once the walls were up, the room is maintaining a decent temperature even before the heat pump installation. I do recommend this material.
