We had them come out to house last year for an estimate b/c our furnace had been turned off by another company... They ended up doing a full run on the machine checking the output of CO2 from various places and checking the furnace. Ended up saying that the furnace was fine and shouldn't have been turned off. Could have easily gotten away with selling me a furnace but, didn't even badmouth the other people. Just said something like "I have 20 years experience and all these gadgets; so I can say it with certainty." So polite, very patient, very helpful, knowledgeable and a year later we're all alive! Definitely calling them back this year to review this furnace before I call anyone else. Trustworthy folks! Just couldn't remember the number had to look it up.

Had an insulation problem and called New Buffalo Impact. It was a small job that two other contractors "didn't have time for." The two specialists that came to my house from New Buffalo Impact were polite, efficient, cost effective and even cleaned up after themselves. Outstanding job by an outstanding company!

Very unfriendly staff, expensive none the less. I wouldn't recommend them.
