I bought my trailer from Insulation Equipment Supply, they were great helping me through the loan process, if you have any questions all I got to do is ask, I've called Craig at 11:00pm and 1am in the mornin send him a text message he responds within an hour, they're great people great crew, they'll help you any way they can. If you have problems with bidding they can help with bids just all around a great company and Megan she will figure out beds within an hour and any questions you got if she can't answer she'll get someone who can answer them, Dallas he'll help you do anything to get your rig up an going or problems with the gun him and Craig will get you threw it and fixed and questions answered, all around it's a great company great people family atmosphere, a big thank you to Insula

Great people with a ton of industry knowledge. They helped us get started with our spray foam business starting from the design of the trailer, to figuring out what equipment would work best for our needs, and provided solid feedback on everything else. The training was top notch and they had our guys up and spraying within a day. They even came back to be with us on one our first bigger jobs we sold to ensure our success. The turn around time on ordering supplies is top notch and very quick and easy. They even check on us from time to time to see how we are doing. I would recommend Insulation Equipment and Supply to anyone starting out or those who need superior service in their existing business.

One of the best customer/dealer relationships I’ve ever been a part of! From day one every question was answered with reason behind it! Craig has been patient and thorough since day one! He knows the machines inside and out and can walk you through any issues you may run into! My favorite part is I call with problems and they get answered! They’re not just there to sell you equipment and foam they are the full package! I speak with Megan weekly to discus any parts we need or upcoming jobs we have going, she cares about you as a person not just as a person to sell parts to. They are there to help with quoting jobs if you need. If you are uncertain how foam should be applied on a particular job they have the answer! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. Purposely ignores phone calls and emails just because they think “you bought from someone else.” They also treat you badly in person in front of other customers. Horrible customer service. The 3.5 star review they have speaks for itself. Buy your stuff elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Won't stand behind their inferior quality of labor. In response to your reply.... The labor quality of the work you provided to customer supplied hoses is what is disappointing. I didn't ask you to provide anything for free. I was willing to pay for your services to fix a problem with the quality of labor provided. I didn't call you names and the fact you did shows the public the integrity of your company.
