We were reluctant to replace the insulation on our 40 year old house and found it hard to justify spending a big chunk of money as we already had insulation in our attic and it appears to be working. After having a termite inspection, we were notified that there were pest issues and it was advisable to clean a very messy situation upstairs. We brought in at least ½ dozen attic contractors and got a wide range of bids. The high bid was 2X the low bid; each claiming to perform essentially the same service. After checking their reviews and google mapping their office, we narrowed it down to Insulation Labs. Armando was amazing and professional. I love insulation labs. They were extremely efficient and communicative! They removed, and replaced all of our insulation while deodorizing and also replacing all of our air-conditioning ducts. We are super pleased with the results!
