We secured three estimates to replace our small business HVAC system. Intech Mechanical's cost was, literally, more than the cost of the other two proposals combined. This was after the tech said he was coming, then didn't. Said he would send a proposal, and didn't. After finally coming out a couple weeks later, he didn't even send a proposal. He sent an email with $10k range of what it may cost. The low end of this range was the cost of the other two companies combined. How do you have a $10k range of cost? I wouldn't trust these shady tactics.
Have never in my entire life had a worse customer service experience. Poor quality, unreasonable pricing, and incompetent technicians. Will not be using them ever again. Would not recommend at all.
