Integra-Clean & Dry

We had our basement flood which was very stressful. We interviewed several companies and decided to use Integra Clean and Dry. They were pleasant, professional, and very respectful to us and our home. We would recommend this company to any of our family members or closest friends. When we weren't sure about something, we were able to contact the owner who not only guaranteed their work, but cared enough to go above and beyond for my peace of mind. The workers are talented and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to us every day what they were doing, and I could tell that Damien not only was very good at his job, but he really seems to enjoy what the does and likes to learn. I had a flooded cellar from an unknown cause. I found Integraclean on Google. They came within 2 hours to give me an estimate & started the work the next day. Long story short the water company was responsible and sent their own company to finish the work. Although Integra didn't get to do the whole job I was very impressed with their quickness and the work that they did do. They are wonderful at keeping in touch and answer questions quickly. I am definitely keeping their business card in my pile of cards for businesses I would absolutely use again. I highly recommend!

I live in a pretty old house, built in 1865. The basement walls are stone and it has had flooding for years, even before me. There was a French drain but the exterior pipe cracked and the flooding got really bad. I hired Intergra-Clean & Dry and they did an incredible Job. I haven't had any water in my basement and it has been a few months since they did the work. They also scoped the perimeter and added an extra layer of output as my basement/garage is multiple levels. I also think after the water proofing my heat bill has gone down as well, which is a nice bonus. I want to end this review with their professionalism. I highly recommend this company. They are highly professional, helpful, clean, and offer very reasonable prices. My basement had a leak that caused water damage and mold. They identified the source of the leak and provided a solution. They took their time to dry out the area and left their machines running until they fixed the solution and eliminated the smell of water damage. These hardworking men are truly exceptional.
