ICS provided a smooth and professional air conditioning maintenance service. The technician, James, did a good job on checking the A/C unit. Jason coordinated scheduling very well and was responsive. I appreciate the quality service and would recommend ICS.

We had an issue with our Daikin HVAC system not heating and showing a UF error code. We had already tried two other companies before contacting ICS, and the problem still wasn’t resolved. At one point, I honestly thought our HVAC would be broken forever. Jason was great to work with from the start — quick to respond and very helpful with scheduling. He walked me through the service and pricing clearly before the visit, which I really appreciated. Jordan, the technician, came out and was extremely thorough and professional. He first performed a hard reset on the condenser, then carefully diagnosed the issue, consulted with Daikin to verify his findings, and determined that the system was low on refrigerant. ICS has installed, maintained and serviced our HVAC equipment at my restaurants for many years. Scheduling has been handled professionally and efficiently by Jason. There have been numerous occasions where we needed emergency service and he has always been able to somehow get a tech out to me. Shout out to Victor! Jerry is a pleasure and Jason always takes care of any issues I may have and is excellent with explaining any problems or repairs that are needed with my system, which is quite complicated. Additionally all of the technicians David, Jordan and Victor that regularly service my system are professional, knowledgable and helpful with diagnosing problems and fixing them promptly. I always receive a detailed report of what was done with my AC or heat and my questions are answered promtply and politely.
