ICSI is a very good company. They're very helpful & responsive. Priced competitively & fair. Not only good initially but also good on support (don't just dump & run after job is done). Highly recommend. They meet deadlines (if we don't make changes). Have really good abilities with both software & mechanical. We've worked with them in respect to servers, SQL d'bases, PLCs, computer systems & mechanical systems (pokeyokes, fool proof, fixtures, drivers, AGV, trunnions, etc)

ICSI has been an integral part in all aspects of new product launches by supporting Assy line mechanical and process development, installation and programming. Data collection is a huge part of our Assy process, and ICSI has provided solutions within our project budgets that allows us to detect and respond effectively to process variations or quality concerns. Also, any after project support that has been needed has been excellent, in my experience, for any follow-up questions about mechanical, programming or data collection items. Our company will certainly be using ICSI on future projects.
