I was recommended to this company from a friend. They packed and moved my home from Alexandria, VA to Columbia, MD. My husband and I were very impressed with the way they packed all our furniture and some of our personal items. They arrived between the time frame I was given and they showed up ready to work. All 4 of the gentlemen were friendly and I noticed they took extra care of my antique items which was my main concern. We did use the entire day but I expected that. The crew worked at a great pace and we got everything done all in one day. I hired them because the representative Marie was very knowledgeable and she made me feel very comfortable with using her company, and overall I will say I was pleased. I would highly recommended this company as well as use them for future projects

This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE and just the biggest SCAM in the history of moving. It is fascinating that this company still exists and I am embarrassed I gave them my money let alone called them to begin with. The owner poses himself as a normal employee and chooses when he talks to you. Let's just say this company did not show up on the day to pick up, then they were 8 business days later to deliver (this is after the 2 week window they give). They're ready to charge you $500 a day if you're late or unavailable, but they gave me $150 back which didn't even cover the cost to pay them via Credit Card one time because they charge you to use a debit or credit card, because their company IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. The process was very smooth from: calling to get a price estimate, setting up the move, and the move day. The guys arrived with everything they needed to handle my possessions including furniture blankets and mattress bags. They wrapped everything and were pretty quick. They took care not to break or shuffle anything. That was very much appreciated. I would use this company again.

This is the worst moving company I have ever worked with and strongly recommend you go with another moving company for your move. The crew showed no respect for most of my property and threw several boxes off the truck during the unload. They were also careless when moving furniture into my home and made a nearly 2 foot hole in the wall. They also ran nearly 7 hours late, yet noone from their company had the decency to call and inform us of the situation. Instead I sat around waiting. Given how they called the night before to confirm the time of the move, they clearly had my phone number, so they could have easily called the next day with that update. Terrible experience unfortunately for us for RI to NY move. It was our vacation home and furniture were in mint condition cause they were barely used. We were promised 9-11am delivery Sunday 10/21 because we had to work the next day. We were also promised 3 guys because I stressed it was a marble table He said normally they sent out 4 guys, but 3 for our small job. 2. In the morning, their dispatcher told us arrival was changed to 2-5pm. 3. 2 guys instead of 3 showed up 6 pm. 4. We asked if they could also take 6 medium-large boxes, 2 small side tables with just legs, a single wood spindle table base, and a 3’ tall foldable shelf. We agreed on $1750 for them to deliver the extra items as well. 5. When we discovered the 2 adult bicycles, a drafting table, 8ft tall ladder, and a tv
