Last week nov 6-7 we had our roof replacedand gutters installed by them. Me and my wife very happy with the results. Cody, the owner and together with george the project manager or supervisor overseeing the site was professional, punctual, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. We need some stuff to replace our small patio and george was on top of everything making sure to get it right away in our local hardware store if they don’t have it in hand. All in all, our new roof looks great and has really improved the overall appearance of my home. The gutters were installed neatly and we’ll just test in the rainy days to come. I've worked with a lot of contractors and Cody and his crew are top notch. I really appreciated Cody's clarity of service options, answering all my questions, consistent communication, and product options. We opted for solar reflective shingles (Warning!! insurance considers these super premium and will raise your rates!). We had to replace our entire roof due to our new insurance canceling on us. During his estimate inspection, Cody alerted me that due to the age of our home, we'd likely have to repair or replace the deck boards. It turned out to be much more extensive and he didn't increase the project cost too much. The quality of the roof work is excellent and they solved a leaky back patio aluminum roof!
