Terrible experience — don’t waste your time! I would never recommend this call center to anyone. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. The team lead was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude, making the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. Instead of helping or solving issues, they spoke in a condescending way and acted like customers were a bother. It’s honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values and respects people.

This is the worst cleaning company hands down. They have terrible customer service. They do not come out to clean the facilities as promised. If I could give no stars I would. They take your money and do not provide services. I sent in pictures of our un clean building the rep did nothing about it. Don't waste your time! By the way one of the reviews by Debra on here is one of their employees... Go figure.
