We were in a very tight time frame of due diligence on a house we had under contract. Inspections reports led us to believe that mold was a possibility. I contacted Alan on Friday. Saturday he was at the house taking samples and FedExing to the lab. He called in a favor and the lab did a 1 day turnaround. Result? Mold. Dangerous mold. Alan walked us thru the reports, answered all of our questions and educated us on the subject. Absolutely fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful to work with. We can't thank Alan enough or recommend his company any higher.

Alan was quick to assist me & my daughter in not just performing a test, but a thorough testing even identifying one of the primary sources with details and explanations of each type of spores identified in the tests. He went above & beyond with compassion for my daughter’s reactions to her environment. In addition, he took time to schedule a conference call with us to walk us through the results and explain them in detail. He took initiative to keep is informed at each step, with no follow up on our part. Gave myself, my husband and daughter peace of mind that he was just as concerned for her welfare as we were. Allen helped me flush our instant on, hot water heater that should be done at least once a year. Apparently, ours wasn't done for some years. Allen is a true Handyman and very patient and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend his services!
