Originally I thought that Quincy was giving me a great deal but I noticed that my house wasn't getting cool. I called him and he said everything was working fine. It didn't seem right because he installed a new system, so I did more digging and he installed a system that was too small for my house. My house is right under 1800 sq feet and he gave me a 2 and a half ton unit. I called to talk to him about this but he wouldn't return my calls. He completely ghosted me. I left voicemail and text messages and nobody got back to me. So I have a new unit, recommended by a professional, that doesn't cool my house efficiently.

We have used Quincy for years and he has help our tired unit last until now at an excellent price so when it needed to be exchanged for a new one we called on Integerity again. We did yearly contract with Mr. Quincy Jones every year for almost 10 years Last year in October we paid $300. For yearly contract. Then in summer I called him for summer service he told me that he will be coming on 10th of April , never came . After that I must have try to call text no response. I thought he must been out of business. Yesterday there was a charge of $ 300. On my charge card for year 2025. I haven’t heard from here for last 6 months and here he charges my credit card without any service. He owes me for the summer service too. Be aware he can do same to any of you..

Paid this company to do HVAC work and for permit to be completed thru inspection. They took my money then ghosted me and refused to return any calls to me or the property manager. They then refused any calls to switch the permit to the new contractor who got the work completed making everything a complete headache.
