Integrity Irrigation of New Jersey

Kyle and the integrity are the best! We own a home in a new construction development in Jackson and contacted Kyle after meeting several other irrigation contractors. Kyle's integrity, knowledge, and great pricing were several factors why we decided to go with him. He always called us back when we needed to speak with him. He gave us a fair price for the job, but must importantly he did a GREAT JOB on our new sprinkler installation. Kyle and his team showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. He taught my husband how to use the system and it was really easy. Within a month our lawn was green and lush. I HIGHLY recommend Integrity Irrigation for all of your sprinkler needs!

Integrity Irrigation should change their name to Dishonesty Irrigation or better yet, Irresponsibility Irrigation. First of all, it is borderline impossible to get them on the phone. When I finally scheduled an appointment for a repair on May 1st, they never showed up. I called twice on May 2nd and didn't get a return call until today May 3rd. When I asked why they didn't show up for the job, she responded that they weren't working that day! Comical. She said she didn't know why no one contacted me. No apology, nothing. In fact, she said that they didn't want to do the job anymore because I bought my own part. I said well I can return it no problem I would like to reschedule. Then she said they aren't taking any more customers! I said I am already a customer that you blew off!

They are responsive, professional, honest, and do a great job. I'm glad I found them. I would highly recommend them!
