Charles was able to put together from pieces a Baldwin lock that had previously been used on an old door. Work done quickly at a reasonable price.

After seeing all the great reviews, I wasn’t surprised with the outstanding service I received from Charles. He was extremely responsive when scheduling, was right on time, listened to what we needed, then quietly got to work. He changed out all of our lock cores for our new house, and made sure everything was working perfectly and minimized the number of keys we had from 5 to 2! His prices were extremely fair and transparent. He is a true craftsman and master of his trade.

Charles is the ABSOLUTE best. He is prompt, courteous, so kind, talented, reasonably priced, and really just pleasant to be around. We moved into a new (to us) home, and he came out to rekey our locks as well as figure out the mystery of the decade with some very peculiar back doors. Not only did he figure it all out, he did it on a quick timeline and for a reasonable price. Could not be more pleased with Charles and could not recommend him more!
