Integrity Maintenance

Mark came out in late September to give us an estimate for some drywall/trim repairs, wood shelves in pantry, and mounting a tv. He provided a day to do all jobs and was actually able to move it up a week. Mark came out in the morning and completed all the work that day. He did an amazing job and cleaned up everything as if he were never there! I highly recommend Integrity Maintenance and will be using them again!!

Wow! Integrity Maintenance did an excellent job from start to finish! The quality of their work was great, and their pricing was affordable. What really impressed me was Mark's talent and skill in designing a space-saving layout for such a small area. I had received quotes from other companies, but their designs were not as efficient as Mark's, and they were charging higher rates. To top it off, they cleaned up the mess and left the place in a better condition than they found it, which is rare in the handyman industry. We are definitely going to use Integrity Maintenance for any future projects.

On Time. Worked through grueling, heat and pouring, rain and muddy conditions with no problem. He was able to adjust to the scope of work as our project turned out way larger than we all expected. I would hire him again with out question.

We recently contacted Integrity Maintenance to fix 3 gates that were literally falling off of our back fence, and to add trim to the bottom of two sides of the fence. We didn't get multiple quotes; I just went on the basis of my gut feeling and all the good reviews I read. My husband and I thought Mark's quote was very fair and he did a great job fixing up our mess of a fence. He also was very good about communicating with us. We'll definitely contact him for any future work on our house and property.

Mark is great at what he does! His work ethic is through the roof and if you have one conversation with him you know he will not only do the job but will perform his tasks with meticulous excellence. If you have kiddos he welcomes their curiosity as well as keeps their safety in mind and if your kid insists on giving him a stick on tattoo he’s happy to oblige hahahaha.
