Lyle and Steven from Integrity Plumbing did a terrific job installing our new water heater and main shut-off valve. They were on time, professional and detail oriented. They explained everything in detail and provided clear and concise instructions on how to maintain the unit to maximize its performance and lifetime. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again in the near future for additional plumbing repairs. These guys are really knowledgeable and know there stuff. Integrity Plumbing is simply the BEST!!! Their pricing is very reasonable! They have amazing plumbers who went above and beyond…they wore shoe covers, covered our floors in the area they worked in, they worked quietly and efficiently, they tested everything to make sure the issue was resolved, they kept the area they worked in very neat, and they cleaned up like a boss (including vacuuming), when they were all done. Wow, I’m so impressed! On top of all that, their plumbers were so very kind and courteous! I am so pleased with the repairs they did and the way they treated us like family! I will definitely be calling Integrity Plumbing every time I need a plumber! Service like this is very hard to find! We had a steady leak under our hose bib. Mitch quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone, and Lyle came out and did an excellent job fixing and redesigning the outdated components. Even in the rain! He also caught another problem we didn’t know about and took care of it, offering a discount to offset the surprise. Professional, honest, and kind—Integrity Plumbing truly lives up to their name. Integrity plumbing was a good and reliable company to deal with. They did 2 jobs for me; both very well done. Hard to say if they were overpriced or not as I’ve never had a water pressure valve replaced but I did get a second bid which was 1/3 more than their price. But I liked the people and will definitely call them again. I’m about to remodel my kitchen so I’m sure I’ll Give them a chance to bid on the job.
