Evan Smith came today from Integrity Plumbing Solutions to repair our dishwasher and also replace our kitchen profit. Evan was amazing! He worked hard and obviously knew what he was doing! He was quite young and as a retired university professor I asked how it was that he went into plumbing and he briefly told me the story. She had been to a muddy worksite before visiting our home, and he put on shoe covers first thing, and before leaving he cleaned under the sink, and also anything that had gotten on the floors. I called Integrity for a quote to resolve my washer drain issue. They came up with a solution that worked, was creative, and didn't cost 1,000's, of dollars. They honored the quote even though it took longer than expected. I am grateful and highly recommend them.

They we're able to come out within a few days for non-emergency work. Joel was nice, easy to talk to, and communicated very clearly about what he found, what it would take to fix it, and made sure I was okay with that before he moved on. Really happy with the experience!
