Integrity Pool Service

Took a chance hiring this company to service my pool based on their reviews. The technician does not brush the pool but says he does when submitting the report online. Watching him work is painfull. On the phone, dropping the pole on my pavers- just plain sloppy. In addition the same technician checks the levels in the pool with a test strip without the pump running and does not balance when finished. Spends all his time on skimming. This is amateur at best. Second week in a row the balance is off. He is here and gone within 10min every time. Had a supervisor over and even spoke with the office on two separate occasions, but still the same issues. Supervisor told me they don't brush the pool every week but every other. Really? Paying $135/month. This is a disappointment and a rip off. Coul

When I met Tom I knew for sure that his company, Integrity Pool Service would be different. He took one of my pools from looking like a swamp to be pristine blue within just a couple of days. I can not recommend highly enough.

I had issues with my pool upon move in and knew that Tom had done some prior work on the pool. He came out with short notice on a Friday evening and not only resolved the original issue but did a spot check on some basic maintenance items and was able to resolve a couple more items.
