Integrity Refrigeration & A/C

I’m very impressed with Integrity Refrigeration & AC. Our heat stopped working about a week ago, and another company told us the heat strip was bad. Since we needed a York-certified specialist, I contacted Integrity, and they were able to come out the same day. Kevin, our technician, thoroughly checked everything and determined the issue was actually our smart thermostat, not the heat strip. We chose to purchase a new thermostat ourselves, but I ran into an issue during installation. When I called Integrity, Austin helped me troubleshoot for about 45 minutes until everything was working and set up properly. I truly appreciated the time and patience they gave me. We had an incident with a repair to our dishwasher and the serviceman accidentlly shut off the circuit breaker to the A/C. When we realized the A/C wasn't coming on like it should, we called Integrity and they responded very quickly and found the problem. There was no charge for the great, fast, and efficient service. We have a service contract with Integrity and are more that satisfied with their work.

I strongly recommend Kevin. He has performed multiple different services on our AC unit. He is very thorough explaining things and showing us pictures. He is also very patient and understanding when I need to ask him the same question several times because I don’t really understand all the technology involved. Friendly. Friendly and respectful with a very calm demeanor. I have great trust in him. Also this company is absolutely fantastic. My sister and brother-in-law recommended this company to me when I first moved here. They have use this company for over 30 years.
