I hired this contractor to fix exterior damage and re-coat my garage floor based on a referral from my insurance company. Despite their high bid of over $6k, their work was very disappointing. They used basic materials from Home Depot and did a poor job, missing spots and applying the coating unevenly. Their exterior work involved hammering a wall back into place, leaving broken drywall inside my garage. The company was unprofessional, made numerous mistakes, and never apologized or fully resolved my concerns.

We were referred to Integrity by our insurance company to address storm related siding damage. Their representative Jason was clear in his explanation of the required repairs and did a good job of color matching. We are pleased with the repairs provided.

Not only did they come in and complete the remediation, they did the rebuild which required floor replacement, drywall, and bathrooms. They did an amazing job, not only ensuring it was done correctly, but working with me to find ways to make the finished product so much more aesthetically pleasing. The person who did the floors is an artist. The crew was always friendly, professional, helpful, and empathetic as this was a major upset in my life. They uncovered additional damage from the previous owner and provided me all the options on how I could address it and never made me feel pressured to do anything. Absolutely insane. Had a shower leak and mold growth. The mold was dealt with the next day which was nice, but they have taken over 5 months to put everything back together. My shower still isn't usable, and the bedroom just got carpet today but still needs paint and trim. No communication whatsoever. We don't get told they're coming until the day they're coming after they get done at a different job. We're barely an afterthought because we're insurance and not and actual customer. Beyond disappointed.

I also was referred to Integrity from my insurance company and I am so disappointed with this company. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. The owner is not honest man, he will take every shortcut he can and pocket your insurances money. He does not communicate at all and if he does he is very condescending and rude. My kitchen floor had water damage, so they needed to replace the flooring. In doing so they needed to move the cupboards to remove the old tiles. Once they did they noticed mold behind the sink cupboards. The sheetrock was black top to bottom. The owner told the crew it was not part of the project and to put the cupboard back!! Thankfully his staff is more honest then he is and fixed it!! I would have paid out of pocket to fix it. So, this is the guy your dealing w
