We had our roof on our new (old) home replaced by Integrity. From the beginning of the project including picking out colors and what parts of the roof needed replaced, Dillon was knowledgeable and informative. When the project on-site started, we met Johnny who was the Customer Experience Manager. Throughout the time on-site, Johnny answered all our questions, made sure all safety issues were addressed quickly and most of all he was efficient and thorough in observations and in communicating with us. Diego kept the crews on task and informed of what needed to be done next. We were surprised to find that even though our home was a very large roof area, the whole timeliness from the tearing off of old shingles to the last nail including the cleanup only took a day and a half. Integrity responded to my friends email and after careful consideration and inspection, they blessed us with a new roof and gutters. We had an amazing experience with Integrity! Roger explained everything in detail from the damage that our roof had to the process of installation. Johnny was here every day, answered every question, and explained every step. Diego and the crew were also great! I love my new roof!!!!

The ice storm in January left me with an ice dam that damaged the inside walls. Roger came and gave me a thorough assessment of the roof inside and outside , then gave a prompt estimate.
