They showed up to do the work, everything was great, even after the work was done. Fast forward less than a year later - I have a persistent water leak every time it rains by the flue for my wood stove. I also had a shingle come off. I contacted Mark about an updated bid to do my garage roof, asked a few other questions, brought up those two issues with the shingle and the leak. He sent me the updated bid in a timely manner, ignored all my questions, and said nothing about the two issues I had. I replied to that email asking if those could be addressed. No response. I come home to find that he stopped by my house and put a copy of the bid at my front door. Mark and his crew replaced my roof and it looks great. They finished the job in a day, cleaned up scraps and nails, just did a good job. I would recommend Integrity Roofing.

I have had Integrity Roofing replace my roof in 2017 and then just this year due to hail. They did an excellent job both times, highly recommend!

Integrity Roofing replaced our home roof. They installed the flashing wrong which caused a massive leak over our patio. I called right after they installed and they came out to inspect and said the siding was leaking. Not something they repair. The siding was old, we replaced. Leaking continued. Come to find out they installed the flashing wrong where the 2 roofs meet over the patio. It’s now a $1,000 job to replace because the plywood under the shingles is rotten and the shingles have to be removed. Also the plywood underneath for the patio is also rotten and has to be replaced and repainted. We had an insurance claims adjuster out and he said it was one of the worst jobs he’s ever seen and he’d been doing that for 10 years.

Caleb & Mark have been absolutely amazing to work with. The replacement roof has been exceptional, and looks great. The gutters will be replaced by them next week. Totally recommend you will not be disappointed!!
