I had a unit go out 2 days before Thanksgiving. I had a quote from a different company and had called several others. Integrity beat the quote that I had for exactly the same unit and had a much better warranty including labor. They came out and replaced the unit the next day. Professional and quick service. My furnace has been terrible for a few years. A dude came out and looked at it. Said it was the flux capacitor and for this baby to hit 88 degrees I needed to replace this part. Went ahead with it now it maintains 88 all winter.

Integrity is a great company to provide your HVAC service at your home. Our 18 year old hvac unit died a painful death. Integrity came out provided a price and returned the next day and installed a new American Standard 5 ton unit. I want to thank Chris and his team for the professional service and promptness.

Purchased two units several years ago .. units had an issue so called them for repair .. service person told me I didn’t buy the units from them and they didn’t install them .. other than arguing at the time due to other things going on I paid them and allowed them to fix units .. which they did … after a wedding and honeymoon I called them to work out the details .. once I gave them my name I immediately received a response that they had nothing on file .. I commented there paperwork on their side not my problem and they needed to dig into it .. lady extremely rude then I assume the owner Chris T. Continued the rudeness like they were doing me a favor .. how they have 4.6 stars is beyond me .. I was told to take my business elsewhere .. which I will gladly do … horrific customer experienc
