My two-year-old LG 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled ProBake Convection InstaView Electric Slide-in Range from Costco is covered under an extended warranty through Allstate. When the largest stovetop burner went out, Allstate sent Leo from Inteltech Solutions to assess and repair, if possible. Mr Leo took about an hour to change out the control knob to fix the issue. He was on time, worked quickly, and was able to explain that this is not an uncommon problem with this particular appliance.

Mr. Guzman from Intel Tech Solutions gave me a courtesy call to tell me he was on his way, and he came within the scheduled time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He replaced my entire Samsung refrigerator ice/water dispenser very quickly and efficiently. He was even nice enough to change my water filter while he was here, which was something I had not originally called about. I highly recommend him and would hire him again.

My refrigerator warranty connected me with this company for my ice maker. The man who came out did not touch ANYTHING. Just took some pictures and said I needed a new ice maker. I told him in the past the water line had frozen. He did not check it. Came back a week later and installed a new ice maker. No surprise to me that it still wasn’t making ice. I requested another company and the first thing they checked was the water line. Yep, it was frozen and took 2 minutes to fix. There was also an issue with communication. The company, the tech, and I were all given a different timeframe for repair. Would not recommend.

Our refrigerator stopped working, we called the home warranty company and initially had another repair company come out, we waited TWO weeks before they decided they couldn't do the job... needless to say, after three weeks the warranty company finally gave us a new repair company - IntelTech. Within three days our refrigerator was fixed! And it would have been much sooner, but a new compressor had to be ordered. The owner Mr. Guzman, and his apprentice Moses were very professional, polite and quick. They did great work and you can tell they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend them.

Service rep, Mr. Guzman did an install of a refrigerator icemaker at my home today and clean and efficient doing so. He was courteous and professional and most importantly knows his area of work. I highly recommend him to do a job, AR.
