Great experience! I've used this company twice now and each time has been awesome. They are ALWAYS on time and don't do a giant time block of when they will arrive which I always hated with other companies. The window is 30 mins which is perfect. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. 10/10! Laura was easy to get ahold of to schedule and Alex did a great job. Great business and highly recommend!

I’ve used this company three times now. My first experience was excellent. The second visit was just "okay" when it came to cleaning one of the bedroom carpets, so I reached out to the company to share my concerns. The owner, Tony, personally contacted me, acknowledged the issue, and offered to come out himself to handle the next cleaning 6 months later if I was willing to give them another opportunity. I accepted, and I’m glad I did. Tony followed through on his word and did an outstanding job. It’s refreshing to see a business owner take feedback seriously, get directly involved, and make things right to ensure customer satisfaction. I was so impressed with this family business. They contacted me and followed up with cleaning my large sectional. Very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them again for other services. Outstanding job!

Great service and beyond fair pricing. We had two large (94") sofas that had soiling only/mostly on the front from a dog rubbing itself. Jacob cleaned what needed to be cleaned and charged us accordingly. He could have charged the fixed rate per sofa, but did not so we saved about 40%. He earned trust and a customer for life.

Alex from Interior Care Carpet Cleaning did a great job on our very well worn carpeting. He explained the process and was very efficient. Communication from booking the appointment to final pay was well done. We highly recommend!
