No after sale service for damaged goods. We ordered a Primo grill from a company called Grillio. After some investigation, we found that Grillio, Interiormark, and Theater Seats are all one company(our Grillio salesman is also from Interiormark) When the grill arrived, it was damaged. We immediately called Grillio. We got customer service at Theater Seats who told us the salesman's name we were given is just a fake name they use when we asked to speak to him. Theater Seats assured us they would contact the manufacturer and we would get a replacement part in a timely manner. After two weeks of calling, all we get is the runaround or we have to leave messages and our calls are never returned. We are not allowed to speak to our "case worker". I do not know about others, but this is my experience. I bought 3 Home Theater recliner seats on the 12/17/2020 after speaking to the sales rep. We were told that the items is in stock and were promised that they will delivered before the New Years.. Waiting... Waiting.... I called the customer service on the 01/07/2021 and spoke to a lady who said some one from shipping company will call to inform me about the delivery!. She says she is will include us the warranty for the seats for the delay in the delivery. The shipping company person called me on the 01/08/2021.. Surprise surprise...
