I was nervous about buying from this company after seeing the many negative reviews, but my experience was good. I ordered two generic bulbs to replace discontinued Sylvania bulbs in our walk-in shower. The listing was clear that these were generic bulbs, and they were considerably less expensive than other suppliers. I placed the order on 10/2. The bulbs were delivered on 10/7. They fit my fixtures, and I have light in my shower again. Time will tell whether the bulbs last, but for now I'm happy.

I quickly and easily found my replacement lamp by using the part number and re-ordered it within a couple of minutes. It’s a very good site with lots of products.

I would never do business with this company again. Lost money on the entire purchase after THEY sent me the a defective product. In the email when we agreed, they said the board is NEW. after we receive a defective one they said we told you it is NEW OLD stock. and they refused to return the item. I was communicating with 𝓓𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓪 𝓕𝓻𝔂𝓮𝓻

We had excellent service. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Amber Kent explained everything to us and made sure we got the correct bulbs we needed. We appreciate the wonderful service. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Shipped me the wrong thing (i.e., only half of my order) and refused to send the other half. Now I'm out my original shipping fees and all the time I spent emailing and calling them. Take your business somewhere else!
