Intermountain Sprinkler repair was fantastic. I called several people to come fix my sprinkler problem and after several no show appointments I reached out to Intermountain sprinkler and they arrived on time and finished the job for the price quoted. 5 stars is not high enough.

Buyer Beware! In Sept. 2024 they added automatic controllers and new sprinkler valves to my old manual 1960 valves. Jeremy Whitehouse is unacceptable to get a hold of. He rarely gets back with you, states he'll be there at a certain day and time, and doesn't show up. He has "excuses" as to why. I texted and called at least seven times, over a 13 day period. Then waited for more than 43 days to get service. Nothing! When I turned my system on in April 2025 there was a leak. It was under their warranty because I had the system winterized professionally. Due to their unacceptable lack of response, I used another company who scheduled the appointment, came within 7 days, and kept the appointment. It was $700. I sent this bill in an email and also mailed it to the business postal address asking

They were friendly, fast to respond and did a great job with our stop waste valve. Really appreciate the work.
