International Hourly Parking

This place has no respect for hardworking people. Our flight got delayed by several hours. We went inside only to ask about the status and didn’t even complete pickup. Still, they charged us $25 for parking. The staff was extremely rude and showed no concern at all. We work in hotel housekeeping and barely make enough — paying $25 for nothing because of a flight delay is unfair. No understanding. No flexibility. Just money. Flight EY 13 Feb 28,2026

Absolutely terrible experience. Our family member’s flight was delayed from 4:55 PM to 8:00 PM. We entered the parking lot at 5:31 PM, went inside only to check flight status, and never even picked up our family member — yet we were charged $25. There was zero empathy from the staff. Instead of understanding that the delay was not our fault, they treated us rudely and made no effort to help. For working families who struggle to make money, $25 is not small. Very disappointing customer service. Airports should support travelers during delays, not take advantage of them.

Be careful with this hourly parking. It feels like a scam. They don’t issue a paper ticket or receipt. If you leave using a different credit card than the one you initially paid with, they charge a $95 fee, even though they are able to locate the original payment information. If they can find the payment, they can find the entry time. I was simply dropping off a family member who offered to pay, and that caused the issue. If you use this parking, make sure you enter and leave with the exact same card. Very shady practice.
