I purchased one of their streaming boxes. I was very excited about the features it offered and the increased capabilities from what I was using however once the product was hooked up it never worked correctly. It froze all the time and you were never able to get a guide list that said what was on each channel. It always came up unavailable. When I called to return the product I had to leave a message. My second call was returned pretty promptly but the person was not pleasant. I was not happy to find out there was a 20% restocking fee and that they don’t pay for the return shipping. Obviously they know their products do not work and use the restocking fee to stay in business.

I bought their percussion massage gun at the home show for $250. It was great quality and then it just stopped working over a year later. They valued my warranty and sent me a brand new one! I had to pay for shipping to return it but I think I might try a cheaper option in the future, as they are more popular now. There was no contact in the box from my new massage gun. It was shipped out from a warehouse but thank god, I took a photo of their contact information from before hand. I called and was able to get my original receipt sent to me so I could still use my warranty, if the next massage gun breaks. The new gun appears to have cheaper packaging but I hope the quality is still at nice. Their customer service was quick and short.

I purchased a Deep Tissue Massager agee from this company through their salesman .During the time he spent with me he never once mentioned that if you had a pacemaker you should not use it. I have tried to work with the office and they said no refund would be made unless I paid to have it shipped back. As a senior citizen on a fixed income I felt this was a bit to require. I have been working through my credit card company and they haven’t gotten anywhere with this company. Since I am out $107.50 I feel this is a slap in the face and the salesman should have told me about the pacemaker. There were three of us at the time there and each one bout the equipment from him. Poor customer relations could have been avoided by him and the office staff

I bought the 6-piece infusion cooking pans at the Ohio State Fair on July 30, 2024 & just now bought a Nuwave 30501, same model they was using to advertise their cooking pans. Thank you. Daunie Camp (Don Camp)
