International Services Mechanical HVAC

Jae and his team have been a mainstay of our HVAC installation and service for several years. They are dependable and do quality work. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone with HVAC service needs.

The installation of the new HVAC went very well. The International Service Mechanical HVAC guys worked well together. They were courteous and polite. Our family is very happy and satisfied with the overall process. Thanks to the owner, brother Jaya! Prior that, he walked through the whole process patiently, giving us different option of brands with pros and cons and also answer all of our questions so we were able to decide to use certain brand.

This was a long due review! We hired International Services when we first were building our house 5 years ago. Jay was our main technician and he was wonderful. Before carrying out the job, he was explaining details and was very transparent how certain things would effect the cost of the job. While it may be unsettling to others to hear a bunch of fees in an estimate, it was wonderful for me and my family because there were no smoke and mirrors with the costs! We did get a lower-end system to cut down on some costs but it does cool/heat the house very efficiently. With 5 years of having our AC and heating system, we haven't had any issues with it and have been living very comfortably!

Last summer my AC unit gave out. I contacted my home warranty company and they sent two of their "recommended vendors". Both were HORRIBLE. Both at getting back to me and also cheating me out of extra money that was "not covered under my warranty". Which I later found out was and was able to get a refund from 1 of them. The other was a fraud and tried to get me to do insurance fraud which I ended up reporting. Anyways feeling defeated and cheated at this time I was grateful I found International Services. Jay and another tech (Jordan I believe but not 100% sure) responded to me the same day I called. They also showed up in the window they said they would. They were EXTREMELY professional and very understanding. They fixed my AC the same day and I didn't have to pay a penny more t

Installation of water heater and HVAC was completed smoothly in an old house. Very efficient, courteous and reliable technicians, and the quoted price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
