Jake did a great job in servicing my heater. He is very professional and friendly and seems genuinely concerned that everything is taken care of. He made the process smooth and stress free. I am extremely satisfied with Interstate Heating & Air and the quality of excellent service they provide.

They've pointed out issues with our original install, and helped optimize what we have so that the system runs more efficiently. Highly recommended.

Heating maintenance was performed as expected. The technician was friendly and professional. His inspection seemed to be efficient and comprehensive. My Issue: we are in a inspection schedule that does not make sense. The late winter, early spring inspection (like this one) is focused on heater system maintenance. The 2nd inspection, done in the fall, focus is A/C. That doesn't make sense. In the 1st inspection, I would like to know that the A/C is ready for summer. At the 2nd inspection, I would like to know the heating system is ready for winter. Can this be adjusted? Maybe do both inspections next fall and then change the rotation to do 1st - AC, 2nd - heating system?

We bought our house 3 years ago and just used the number the previous owner left for our AC. So happy we did! Every time we've called them they've been clean, efficient, and professional. The techs are awesome and always take a moment to say hi to my dogs, which they love, and have never once talked down to me or made me uncomfortable. Excellent service!
