DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot overstate how awful our experience was with Interstate Moving & Relocation Group (Panthers Moving & Storage Inc was the moving company Interstate, the Broker, decided to use) . We spent thousands of dollars on this move — including paying extra for expedited delivery. We paid for expedited delivery (and signed a legally binding Bill of Lading to confirm it), but our shipment was delayed because the driver made multiple other stops. I completely understand that when coordinating long-distance, cross-state moves, it's common to combine multiple customers' shipments. But when a customer pays hundreds of dollars specifically for expedited delivery, there should be some level of priority given — especially if other shipments don’t align with the agreed deliver

Be aware that they outsource you to a 3rd party moving company. They don’t inform you of that upfront. The moving company I was paired with (Panther Moving) was a nightmare. They also don’t tell you that the moving company they pair you with has 30 business days to deliver your items. Customer service from both interstate and the moving company was poor, they just blamed each other for any issue that occurred. I did not receive any update on the status of my delivery until a month after my initial delivery date. Would not recommend using this group.

The coordinator explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. My items arrived on time and in great condition, which gave me real peace of mind during a long-distance move.
